Few experiences compare to standing on an Anglesey marsh as dawn breaks. As the tide sweeps across the estuary and the first birds begin to move, members are surrounded by some of Britain’s most breathtaking coastal scenery. Wide skies stretch overhead, while saltmarshes, mudflats and winding creeks create a landscape rich in wildlife and tradition. For many, being out in this environment is just as rewarding as the sport itself.

Sustainable Wild Food

At a time when more people want to understand where their food comes from, wildfowling offers a straightforward and sustainable answer.

The coastline, estuaries and wetlands of Anglesey provide access to some of the finest wild food in Britain. Duck, goose and snipe are not farmed, heavily processed or shipped across the world. They live naturally in some of the country’s most important coastal habitats before being harvested responsibly by skilled and conscientious sportsmen and women.
